1. Cut out the measuring strip and wrap it around your finger to determine your size. (Pull tightly around finger for most accurate sizing)

What If You’re Between Sizes?

Since Rifld Rings are made from high-quality silicone with a slight stretch, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a secure fit.
